The Complexity Of Different Output Devices Essay - 2724 Words

Introduction When looking at things such as watching TV, browsing through the Internet or even looking at your mobile phone, it seems like something simple. However, this is not the case. Processes related to how information is received through devices are very complex, these are known as Display Output Devices. They are responsible for receiving data in different forms: images, videos, numbers, words, and even sounds. Examples of these devices include televisions, computer screens, mobiles, printers and cameras. This paper will discuss the complexity of different output devices, functions they carry out, and how the functions are carried out. (Output device, Wikipedia, 2014). Part 1 : projectors are output devices that take images already saved on computers or captured by mobiles and reflect these images on a flat surface. There are three types of projectors which are : LCD(liquid crystal display), DLP(digital light processing) and CRT (cathode ray tube ) and also there are two important things we must know before purchasing a projector which are the brightness and resolution.
